Good Design on Purpose

Tony MacFarlane’s Web Design Porfolio

Tony MacFarlane has been a professional web designer since 1998. He started out using WYSIWYG applications such as Golive CyberStudio, Microsoft FrontPage, and Macromedia DreamWeaver. Website standards (and the demands for a web property’s performance) have changed considerably since then, and Tony’s capabilities have evolved as well. Tony knows HTML/CSS cold, and while is comfortable writing web code in a text editor, he prefers to work in Adobe Dreamweaver.

Today, a web designer needs to handle the back-end technology of even the most basic “brochureware” sites—even if only to collaborate with web developers. So Tony has learned the basics of the MVC programming model. Tony is competent with PHP/MySQL. He is also passionate about Javascript frameworks and responsive design.
